ABOUT THE ARTIST
STATEMENT
Sara Owens is a sculptor, blacksmith, designer, and maker living and working on Whidbey Island in the Pacific Northwest. Her work is an exploration of form, drawing inspiration from the visual rhythms found in both nature and the built environment. She aims to inhabit the spaces between organic, industrial, and architectural forms, creating pieces that blend these influences into a cohesive sculptural language.
